New complete range for the Japanparts, Ashika and Japko brands
At the event in Bologna it will be possible to learn more about all the latest innovations presented by the Japanparts Group. The group is focusing on including new product lines in its existing range and on extending the European range, also thanks to the opening of a new warehouse.
The imminent inauguration of the extended warehouse at headquarters, the result of an ambitious strategic plan, will make it possible to arrive at a total of 60,000 sq. m of storage space. This will allow the group to consolidate its presence on the market, extending the current assortment and product range for European vehicles, in such a way as to become a global point of reference.
With 60,000 mini-load trays over an area of 10,000 square metres, the new automatic warehouse will potentially have around 3,600 picking lines, in addition to the 12,000 lines that the company already handles daily.
The spare parts for Asiatic, European and American vehicles distributed by the Japanparts Group now total 30,792 reference codes for each of the three brands.
The “New Range 2019” is not intended simply as a list of products, but rather as a complete programme for spare part retailers and garages, boasting no less than 142 different product families covering every type of spare part, from internal engine and brake parts to clutches, electrical and suspension components.
The main innovations are inclusion in the range of new air springs, electronically-controlled shock absorbers, new complete suspension kits for European cars and a range of automatic pistons for electric rear doors, in addition to filters for automatic transmissions, helical springs and shock absorber supports for all cars in circulation.
There are also plenty of innovations thanks to extension of the European brakes range, chain kits, which acquire 200 new codes, and cylinder heads, with over 160 codes. This is in addition to the ABS sensors and EGR valves recently added to the catalogue.
With this imminent extension the Japanparts Group will increase its range by around 8,000 reference codes for each of the brands: Japanparts, Ashika and Japko, representing an increase of 25% in the current product portfolio, arriving at around 42,000 overall reference codes.
