New Japanparts Group products at Automechanika Birmingham 2019

The next edition of Automechanika Birmingham will be an opportunity for Japanparts Group to participate in full, showcasing all their product innovations.
The upcoming grand opening of the headquarter warehouse expansion, with nearly 60,000 m2 of overall storage area, will allows the Group to consolidate its presence and expand the European range by increasing stock coverage.
Ours is an ambitious strategic plan which aims to reinforce our specialisation in spare parts for Asian and American vehicles, while also implementing the applications for European vehicles to become a global reference in the market.
The Asian, European and American range distributed by Japanparts Group, with 32,000 coded references for each of the three brands, includes 172 different families covering every type of spare part, from engine parts to brakes and from clutches to electrical and suspension components.
The company returns to Automechanika Birmingham with new products and with many new features regarding the European range.
The jewel is the introduction of new electronic shock absorbers, new suspension kits for European cars and, lastly, the new range of power liftgate, transmission filters, shock absorber springs and mounts for all cars currently in circulation.
In 2019, in fact, a complete program will be included for shock absorber springs and engine mount brackets, and a complete range of transmission filters.
Innovations also for is the expansion of the European range with a preview presentation at Automechanika Birmingham, as well as the entire range of competitively priced brakes.
Japanparts Group introduces over 250 new chain kit codes, as well as more than 150 new codes for cylinder heads.
Furthermore, the European range has also expanded its selection of shock absorber springs and mounting brackets, as well as transmission filters.
The ABS sensors together with the EGR valves, recently added to the catalogue, now complete the Europe range.

European range of cylinder heads also in arrival with a new dedicated catalogue, together with other other engine components; approximately 150 more cylinder heads than in 2018.
With these new products, Japanparts Group will increase its offering by about 10,000 more references (for each brand: Japanparts, Ashika, Japko) equal to 35% for a total of approximately 42,000 references overall.
To improve service, the new automated warehouse will enter into operation in October 2019; with 60,000 mini-load trays covering 10,000 square metres, the warehouse has a capacity of approximately 3,600 picking lines more compared to the 12,000 lines which the company already processes each day.
